Products and Features
The S. cerevisiae INVSc1 strain has ampicyl and cana resistance. Plasmid transformation conditions were electroconversion,
applied to protein expression and induction by galactose induction. The appropriate growth temperature is 28-30 degrees,
generally using 30 degrees of culture, the temperature above 32 degrees may lead to cell death. The present strain is a fast
growing diploid yeast cells, a His, Leu, Trp and Ura auxotrophic strain, unable to grow in SC minimal media lacking histidine,
leucine, tryptophan and uracil. INVSC1 Saccharomyces cerevisiae is highly ideal for protein expression strains, but should
not be used for genetic analysis studies because this strain has poor spore formation. INVSC1, The supporting carrier is pYES
3 / CT, pYC 2, pYES2 series carrier. This product can only be used for scientific research.
